Suitcase Type Foundry

Suitcase Type Foundry is an independent type foundry, founded by Tomas Brousil in 2003 in Prague, Czech Republic. We are specialised in the design and digitisation of quality fonts for professional use. Apart from retail type we also produce custom typefaces for corporate use and other specific purposes on commission.
Our library offers over 200 fonts. All have been designed with utmost care, meticulously kerned and hinted, and include all accents necessary for setting most Latin script languages.

The specimen has 72 pages and that includes the new additions. It is printed on a quality stock, and because we expect a frequent use, it is sewn. And, of course, it is free.

Most of all, Idealista relishes juicy magazine titles, typographic logotypes and propagandist posters. Yet it works equally well in places where you need to stick a label onto that gardening tool, computer box, or spaceship. Unlike cold, technicist typefaces, it has great zest for life, so there's no wonder that in each of the letters, intuition wins over intellect. Owing to this, the text set in Idealista has a special, voluptuous quality and unmistakable temperament - in a single typeface, Idealista combines the best of sans-serif, blackletter, as well as geometric and calligraphic construction principles, coming down to one impressive, expressive cocktail.

Metalista is a blackletter typeface with monolinear proportions and combines upper and lower case letterforms. The strengthened horizontal strokes are aimed at softening of the "gothic" feel of the face, and add to its contemporary character.	Gloriola is a monolinear sans serif, whose extremely broad range of nine cuts offers endless creative possibilities. Gloriola Std cuts with corresponding italics are suited for the needs of common typesetting.

Illusion has become the key element of the new logotype of Illusion Softworks society. This Czech game developer is known especially for his 3D version of Mafia or Vietcong action games.
